What will show up on my
credit card or bank statement?

worries, all transactions are processed in the name of 'DR CCNOW.COM OOPS MLT'
and this is what will show on your statements.
How can I place an
order?
The
easiest way to place orders is via the website, as it is available any
time of the day or night. Orders can also be placed via email, phone
or SMS.
How can I pay for my
order?
No worries, we accept
all major credit cards, cheque and cash. The most efficient form of
payment is by credit card, as validation and funds are managed in real
time it ensures your order is processed in the quickest possible time
frame.
Can I cancel or
change my order?
For sure, so long as we haven’t dispatched your
order, we should be able to cancel or change your order. Just give us a ring or
send us an email stating the order reference and as to whether you wish to cancel or
change the order.
How do I know
what is happening to my order?
Easy, once your order
has been placed, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order
details or we give you a call to let you know the delivery day and
time. We will however keep you up to date with the status of your order
by emailing you. Once the gift has been picked
and wrapped, and again when it is dispatched.
What delivery
methods do you use?
This depends on the type of gift ordered and
where. We have our own vans that deliver gifts ordered for Malta. For all
other deliveries we use
regular or express mail.
What
are the delivery lead times ?
We usually deliver on the next working day.
What if item is not in stock?
All items that you see in our website are all in stock if item is not
in stock you will not be able to but from our system.
Do I need to be home to
receive my order?
If we are
delivering it our selves we will try and ring and arrange a delivery
time prior to delivery.
